We have three entrances:
Orchard Street, next to the NCP car park
Alexandra Road, through the wrought iron gates
Pleasant Street, through the wrought iron gates

Orchard Street NCP is right next door. Metered on-street parking is available on Alexandra Road, plus disabled bays nearby.

Regular buses stop on Alexandra Road and Orchard Street. We’re a few hundred metres from Swansea train station. Secure cycle storage is also available.

Yes – we are fully licensed to serve alcohol from 12pm.

Dogs are welcome. Outdoor seating is dog-friendly, and inside dogs can sit in front of the counter. Just ask for water and be considerate of others.

Yes – we’re child-friendly and have highchairs available on request.

The venue is fully wheelchair-friendly. Just speak with us if you need assistance.

No booking needed for most visits. For groups of six or more, email to reserve a table.

Absolutely. We have plenty of space and sockets. Just grab a drink from us while you’re here.

Yes – our WiFi is free and reliable.

We have flexible hot desks, part-time coworking memberships, full-time access and resident offices.

All memberships include access to desk space and discounted rates on events and activities. Part-time and full-time members get 10% off food and drink in the café. Resident memberships include furnished offices with utilities, waste removal and cleaning.

Yes, you can add a registered office and mailing address to memberships for £12 per month.

Yes, all memberships include office kitchen access.

Hire:

We have a range of rooms: Café Bar Room, School Room, Idris Room, Courtroom, Meeting Room and the entire venue including the courtyard.

Room hire starts at £30 per hour for the meeting room and £50 per hour for larger spaces. Half-day and full-day rates are available.

Some spaces are available daytime and evenings. The café bar and full venue hire are evenings only. The building is closed Sundays, bank holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.

All out-of-hours hire is £50 per hour.

Yes, we provide a range of catering options including tea and coffee stands, buffets and sit-down meals.

Yes, we have TVs on stands, flip charts, staging, PA systems and more available to hire.

Yes. We welcome a wide range of events, including political ones, as long as they are respectful, inclusive, and lawful. We don’t allow anything that promotes hate, discrimination, unlawful activity, direct political fundraising, or anything dangerous, offensive, or against our values. We also exclude amusement arcades, auctions (unless for charitable purposes), betting, gambling or gaming, events with live animals (except guide dogs or support animals), and bouncy castles.
